Sticky Sesame Tempeh

As far as vegan proteins go, Tempeh is one of the best to work with. It's rich, filling, full of umami and high protein. To get the best out of it, we slowly braise it in a sesame soy broth until it clings onto the chunks of seared tempeh. This dish can be served on top of a roasted garlic hummus, coconut lime rice or our favourite - whipped cauliflower provolone. Vegan or not, you'll love this dish!
