Hearty Steak & Ale Stew
There's little quite as british as a hearty stew. When it's cold and dark out, we crave the comfort of hearty soil dwelling vegetables and a warming rich broth. We pack it full of tender cuts of sirloin and vibrant roots like parsnip, carrot and potato. Letting it bathe in a rich beef and Guinness broth to meld into a world of rich flavor - this stew continues to improve the longer it sits in the fridge.

Twice Baked Eggplant Parmigiana
In the foothills of Furore, a small town nestled between hard coastline of the Amalfi Coast, Chef Vito taught me how to make magic with eggplants. Lightly baked and bathed in an Amalfi style marinara, topped with a cool ricotta pesto emulsion. Finished with a parmesan and oregano crumb - pair it with an Aperol Spritz and your essentially Italian!

GF Lemon Pistachio Loaf
This wasn't meant to be on the menu. It was made for a friend who flew in for the weekend but it turned out so unbelievably good it would be a tragedy to gatekeep such a treat. You won't believe this is Gluten Free. The sponge is kept light and airy through using olive oil and yoghurt, with fresh notes of lemon throughout. Topped with a delightful lemon glaze and crunchy pistachio, this is reminiscent of our favourite bakery in London - GAILS.
