The minted lamb meatballs are too popular to drop off the menu, so we gave them a summer makeover instead. Hummus is sent to the stands and on comes his mediterranean cousin. Full of fresh local cucumber, dill and garlic - this is a top tier dip. Pair that with a protein rich tabbouleh with more local herbs - this dish takes some beating!
