Tofu is an example of a food that for too long has been on the end of negative PR. We're here to turn that around for our protein-dense partner. The thing with tofu is, it's really quite bland unless you give it a makeover. That's why we have taken it to the Adriatic coast - letting it marinate in an n'duja style paste before serving it over a creamy tuscan style orzo with sundried tomato and fresh market tomatoes for that zip in every mouthful. This dish brings southern Europe to your table!
