Seasonal Surf Bowl with Spiced Black Beans, Pickles & Chipotle Crema

Herb scented rice with spiced butternut squash balanced with pickled radish and onion - sat alongside cumin roasted black beans. A pefectly balanced and filling dish. Developed when working on a farm in New York - it was a firm favourite when the hungry farmers rolled in to fuel up.
